1. Check-In Time: 2 pm to 5 pm.
   Check-Out Time: 8 am to 11 am.
   
2. A valid Identity Proof is required for safety, security and information to Kalimpong Police Station.
3. Guests are required to lock the room and to handover the key before leaving for sight-seeing or checking out. If lost, the guest will be liable to pay a penalty of Rs 500/-
4. The Main Gates will remain closed from 9 pm to 6 am.
5. Please respect the neighborhood, behave decently and do not make any noise that can disrupt the wellbeing of our neighbors.
6. Room fans and lights should be switched off before leaving room.
7. Windows should be closed or hooked properly to avoid breaking of window glasses.
8. Any loss or damage caused by the Guests will be charged and submitted to the Homestay Authority.
9. The Rooms and Homestay Compound needs to be kept neat and clean.
10. Please inform us before using our swimming pool.
11. The Guests are requested to use waste bins.
12. The Guests are requested to wear appropriate clothes and footwears.
13. Homestay is entirely Non-Smoking & Non-Alcohol zone and therefore, smoking and drinking alcohol is STRICTLY prohibited.
14. The Guests are requested to make advance payment soon after check-in either by cash or google pay or net-banking and final payment before check-out.

Any suggestions and feedback on our service are highly welcomed. Please inform us if you have any technical problems or issues about your room, right after checking in. Any other issues later on would not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount.
